This is fundamental concept of business which everyone knows but most of us have only platitude to it i.e. lip service. A manager has to ensure that his team develops an attitude of servicing the customer first and always. Occasional check-ups are likely to bring in surprise that often customers are being treated shabbily on telephone, in correspondence and when they come to your business place.
