You Can’t Change Anyone, Unless You Change Yourself First

You cannot change anyone. You can’t change your father, mother, wife, brother, sister, son, daughter, not even your boss! Only person you can change in this world is yourself! This is my “R&D”!

I got inspired by:

“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The courage to change the things I can. And the wisdom to know the difference.”

Years ago, I read in the Minneapolis Tribune that quite often we change our jobs, friends and spouses instead of ourselves. Let us take the case of changing jobs. Many of us are not happy in our jobs or our businesses. It is because we do not change ourselves to suit the requirements of our organization, job and boss. In the process, we feel cheated and become unhappy. There is no problem with anyone else or the world, the problem is in our head and our heart.
