Many of us hate accounting or accounts or finance. Don`t! In any job or in any business, accounting is one of the few important management tools. It is the `language` of your business. Without a well-designed accounting system, the business operates in darkness and you cannot understand its intricacies. An account is not rocket science that you cannot understand. All you have to do is to remove your mental lock and spend some time to learn it from your accounts people. Also you can attend seminars such as `Finance for Non Finance Executives`. During my inter-action with our 1000+ dealers, I found that those dealers, who understood enough of accounts did very well and those who understood `nothing` and got too much involved in selling, they did not do well.
