To nip a problem of tomorrow, today ` is to apologize from your heart as soon as you can. Never ever tender half-hearted or insincere apologies which are worse than not apologizing at all because recipients may find them insulting. If you have done something wrong in your dealings with another person ` say `sorry`. Simple. A good apology is like an anti-biotic and a bad apology is like rubbing salt in the wound. He mailed me an angry reply and I slept on it. Next day I apologized to him unconditionally ` no ifs and buts! He accepted the apology gracefully and we are still friends. Simple.
